Blow Dry Hub's Policy & Terms of Service

Agreement

By booking an appointment with the Blow Dry Hub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation policy, deposit policy and refusal policy and agree to be bound by the terms of service.

Cancellations

The Blow Dry Hub Burleigh understands that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, each client is required to notify The Blow Dry Hub at least 24 hours in advance. This helps protects stylists and other clients to ensures that The Blow Dry Hub can continue to deliver and provide exceptional service.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee and result in the non-refundable Security deposit being taken at the discretion of the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will result in the non-refundable Security deposit being taken at the discretion of the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh. This fee is the non-refundable deposit paid by the client at time of booking, this is a nonrefundable security fee and cannot be put toward to any future services.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, may be cancelled, or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee, resulting in the non-refundable Security deposit being taken at the discretion of the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh.

The Blow Dry Hub Burleigh understands that you have a busy schedule, a grace period of 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment start time will be offered. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be rescheduled to accommodate your service(s) or have deducted services/time from your schedule appointment to accommodate the late arrival, this will be at the stylist and Blow Dry Hub Burleigh’s discretion. If you do not notify or arrange with the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh of your late arrival within 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the non-refundable Security deposit being taken at the discretion of the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh.

For large group bookings (such as wedding parties, formal groups, birthdays etc.), extra time and preparation is needed to make sure the space and time needed to make your experience is one you’ll always remember fondly. The Blow Dry Hub Burleigh requires you to notify 72 hours in advance for any cancellations or changes you need to make to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 72 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price per guest and or the non-refundable Security deposit being taken at the discretion of the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh.

Refusal

The Blow Dry Hub Burleigh reserves the right to refuse service on repeated “no show” clients or clients that incur two or more no shows constantly. As a small business we respect peoples time, and all appointments are time sensitive and others miss out when this is the case and will not be tolerated.

The Blow Dry Hub Burleigh will contact you through the appropriate channel to let you know your client card has been put on hold due to multiple cancellations or no shows appointments, this will be left to the discretion of the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh and stylist as for the future of the restriction. The Blow Dry Hub Burleigh has the right to refuse services with an individual if the staff member does not feel safe with in the presents of the individual. The stylist is entitled to decline a customer’s request for services if the client and the stylist are unable to reach an agreement over the process of the service that will be performed, and the aftercare requirements to preserve the integrity of the service.

Deposits fee

In preparation to accommodate your requested appointment/services, your appointment may be time-intensive and/or require materials to be specifically purchased for the service such as (hair extensions, multi-processes, colour, etc) our services require a Booking deposit free upon booking to secure your appointment time, this is non-refundable in the case you fail to comply with our policies and our cancelation policy will be enforced. This deposit fee will be applied as a credit towards the booking and allocated to the appointment. By being held on the client’s card/account for the booking and contribute towards a part payment cost of your services when completed in the salon. All deposits are at the discretion of the Blow Dry Hub Burleigh or Should the customer be subject to our cancellation policy this fee will occur. All online bookings will occur this fee upon every booking.

 

Terms of Service Agreement 

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to The Blow Dry Hub Burleigh Pty Ltd. by using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement. Please read these terms carefully.
  1. Definitions
  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our”: Refers to Blow Dry Hub Burleigh PTY LTD
  • “Client”: Refers to any individual receiving hairdressing services from us.
  • “Services”: Includes haircuts, styling, blow-drying, hair colouring, treatments, Hair extensions, installing and removing hair extensions and any other related services provided by us.
  1. Client Responsibilities
    By booking an appointment or using our services, clients agree to:
  1. Provide accurate information about their hair, health, and any allergies.
  2. Arrive on time for appointments.
  3. Respect our staff, other clients, and the salon environment.
  4. Follow aftercare instructions provided by our stylists.
  5. Provide us with your current and correct contact details.
  1. Booking and Cancellation
  1. Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person.
  2. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling see cancelation policy.
  3. Contact to the salon directly is required resulting in the client being late or lost, see cancellation policy.
  4. Failure to cancel within the specified time may result in a cancellation fee, see cancelation policy.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  1. Prices for services are clearly displayed in our salon and communicated to the client while with stylist through consultations.
  2. Payment is due at the time of service (cash, card, or other accepted methods).
  3. Blow Dry Hub has the reserve the right to adjust prices based on hair length, complexity, or additional services.
  4. Apon booking and scheduling appointments, a deposit fee amount will be charged from a nominated valid card or paid prior. The deposited amount will be then deducted from total amount on completion of service or see deposit policy.
  5. Hair extensions will be paid up front as a deposit for hair and calculated on % of service amount. See hair extension policy.
  1. Health and Allergies
  1. Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to starting services.
  2. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
  3. Stylist may perform a patch test on clients if agreed to by client to determine if product is safe to use, the client will be communicated to and understanding that patch test may occur irritation to the client. (this must be done prior to service). If irritations occur the client must seek medical attention right aways and upon revisit.
  1. Intellectual Property
  1. All content on our website, social media, and promotional materials is our intellectual property.
  2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
  1. Liability and Disputes
  1. We take utmost care during services, but we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or dissatisfaction.
  2. Any disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiation or mediation.
  1. Termination
  1. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a client relationship, See refusal policy.
  2. Clients may terminate services at any time.
  3. Stylists have the right to refuse clints who constantly “no show” or miss scheduled appointments, see refusal policy.
  1. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes.
